Eyes of the world - Art by Nadja Adam

This project is about capturing the diversity of human eyes. My goal is to paint as many different eyes as possible—each eye is unique and tells its own story. I’m fascinated by the amount of expression and beauty in this small detail, which is often overlooked.

With this series, I want to show that all eyes—regardless of culture, color, or shape—are beautiful and radiate something unique. This process has helped me notice subtle differences, but also to discover shared traits.

Working on this project is a constant journey of discovery for me. Every eye I paint encourages me to perceive new details—whether it’s the unique shape, the depth of colors, or the small folds and lines that bring an eye to life. I enjoy pushing myself to keep evolving and discovering new aspects.

I’m excited to see how this series will grow. There are countless eyes I still want to explore, and I look forward to letting this project continue to expand.
